Yoga
JC Health focuses on delivering a balanced class to enhance your overall strength, mobility and balance.
Enjoy this simple class structured for all levels of practitioners.
JC Health runs yoga classes via zoom every Wednesday evening at 6pm.
The class runs for 1 hour and covers the basics of yoga, focusing on movement and breath.
JC Health operates on a pay from your heart basis. This simply means that you are free to donate what you feel you can for the opportunity to enjoy the class. Details on how to donate will be provided with confirmation of class booking.
Mindfulness Meditation
The practice of mindfulness helps us build awareness of what is unfolding in the present moment either physically, mentally or emotionally.
JC Health runs a guided mindfulness meditation class via zoom every Wednesday at 12:30pm. There will also be a guided loving kindness meditation held every Friday evening at 7pm.
The session runs for 30mins and will help you to slow down, reset and bring focus to the present moment, readying you for whatever lies ahead.

About
JC Health was founded by Jeremy Charkos in 2016.
His wellness journey began after kicking a smoking habit at the end of 2011. Substituting a bad habit for a better one, he developed a passion for health and wellness and hopes to inspire others that they have all the tools necessary to make positive change within themselves.
Jeremy holds a Diploma in Fitness and specialises in movement, yoga and mindfulness meditation. Jeremy’s training style is unique and requires no equipment meaning that you can take your training anywhere, anytime!
Jeremy has taught extensively throughout studios in Sydney and in 2018, moved to the Thai island, Koh Mak, to build and teach a yoga & mediation program at the Ao Kao White Sand Beach Resort. Since returning to Sydney he has run meditation and mindfulness courses at various locations in Sydney.
Through a calm, mindful delivery, expect to discover a sense of ease to your practice in Jeremy’s class. Jeremy hopes though teaching health and wellness he can help individuals establish a daily practice that helps them learn they have everything they need to be happy and healthy.
